Service Continuation After Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation, Detheme is committed to ensuring that customers continue to receive the agreed-upon services until the end of the current billing cycle. This means that all services, as per the customer’s subscription plan, will be fully available to them until the cycle concludes.
No Partial Month Refunds: Detheme does not provide refunds for partial months. Therefore, if a customer decides to cancel their subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Customers will not receive a refund for any remaining days in the cycle after the cancellation request.

Detheme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
Detheme’s total liability for all claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the services (or, if we choose, to supplying you the services again) for the last month of service before the act giving rise to the liability.
